Hank Prisman is the Founder and strategic partner at H&S Ledgers. Prior to H&S Ledgers, Hank worked at TD Bank as a derivative trader and later as a finance executive, managing the bank’s balance sheet, monitoring and refining the hedge accounting program as well as the bank’s overall interest rates and FX positions.
Hank Prisman has an MBA (Finance) and a BA (Economics) from the Schulich School of Business and Tel Aviv University, and is married with four children and a dog

Ash Sarwar

Director of Operations and Client Satisfaction

Ash, a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), brings over nine years of experience across industries and markets. He served as CFO of a Hamilton-based steel company for three years, gaining expertise in Canadian and US payroll, HST, and cash flow analysis.
Since joining H&S Ledgers in 2022, Ash has played a key role in the firm's growth and operations, embodying an “owner’s mindset” for clients. Promoted to Director in 2024, he now oversees daily operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction with his forward-thinking leadership.
